Summary
This study compares two different water pills (acetazolamide and metolazone) when added to standard heart failure treatment. Researchers want to see which helps patients with sudden worsening of heart failure get better faster, leave the hospital sooner, and have fewer side effects. The trial involves 320 adults who are already taking standard heart failure medications.
