Can a simple ECG tune up your heart device?

NCT ID NCT04763460

Summary

This study aimed to see if adjusting the settings of a special heart failure pacemaker (CRT) using information from a standard ECG machine could help patients who weren't getting better with their current device settings. Researchers planned to use heart MRIs to check if these adjustments improved how the heart pumps and moves. The study was designed for people with heart failure who already had the device implanted but were still not responding well to treatment.
