Summary

This study is monitoring a small, permanently implanted device called the Atrial Flow Regulator in people with chronic heart failure. The device creates a tiny, controlled opening between the heart's upper chambers to help relieve pressure. Researchers will follow 150 patients for three years to see if it safely improves symptoms, quality of life, and reduces hospital visits.
