ENROLLING_BY_INVITATION Disease control Sponsor: Mayo Clinic Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This study is testing whether a small, mesh device called a Coronary Sinus Reducer can help patients with a specific type of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but is too stiff to fill properly. The device is implanted in a vein of the heart to reduce pressure and improve symptoms like shortness of breath. Researchers will measure changes in heart pressure during exercise and track participants' symptoms and quality of life.
