Summary

This study is testing a device called the Occlutech Atrial Flow Regulator in 150 people with chronic heart failure. The device is implanted to help balance pressure in the heart's chambers, potentially reducing symptoms and hospital stays. Researchers will track safety and heart-related events for up to 3 years after implantation.
