Summary
This study aims to help doctors predict which heart failure patients will benefit most from a special pacemaker called CRT. Researchers will analyze blood samples taken during the device implantation surgery from 65 patients with severe heart failure. The goal is to find markers that can identify responders before treatment, helping match the right patients with this therapy.
