First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests a support program called HELP for family carers of people with heart failure in the UK. About 180 carers and 180 patients will take part across three sites. Carers receive six weekly online sessions, a booklet, and a website to help them care for themselves and their loved one. The goal is to see if the program reduces carer stress, improves quality of life, and lowers hospital visits for patients.
