Summary

This study looked at whether a specialized clinic run by a heart failure nurse could help people with heart failure and an implantable defibrillator (ICD) get the right medications. The goal was to see if this approach improved heart function and reduced hospital visits. The study involved 29 adults who had an ICD placed between 2002 and 2019.
