Smart heart device warns doctors 42 days before crisis

Summary
This study is testing a smart alert system built into heart devices that warns doctors about potential heart failure problems weeks before they become serious. About 100 patients in Italy with special heart devices will be followed for one year to see if these alerts help doctors take action to prevent hospital visits. The goal is to understand how this early warning system works in real-world doctor's offices and if it improves patient care.
