NCT ID NCT07254455
Summary
This study aims to find the best way to treat atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) in people who also have a specific type of heart failure. It will compare a minimally invasive procedure called catheter ablation against standard medication. About 900 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatment groups and followed for three years to see which approach leads to better health outcomes.
