New vs. old: which heart procedure works better for High-Risk patients?

NCT ID NCT07181291

Summary

This study compared two different heart ablation techniques for people who have both atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) and heart failure. Researchers looked back at medical records from 700 patients to see if a newer technique called pulsed-field ablation works as well and is as safe as the established cryoballoon method. The goal was to help doctors choose the best procedure for these high-risk patients.
