Heart study tests two procedures to fix irregular heartbeat

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two heart procedures works better for people who have both heart failure and atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat). Seventy participants will be randomly assigned to receive either a procedure to restore normal heart rhythm or one to control the heart rate. Researchers will measure improvements in heart function, symptoms, and quality of life after six months.
