Video games prescribed for heart failure: new study tests active gaming

Summary
This study is testing whether a special video game that involves physical activity (exergaming) can help people with heart failure sit less and move more. 750 inactive heart failure patients will either get standard activity advice or a tailored exergame program for 3 months. The goal is to see if exergaming reduces sedentary time, improves exercise ability, and boosts quality of life.
