Summary

This study looks at how well people with both atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) and heart failure can exercise before and after a procedure to control their heart rate. About 40 adults will do treadmill tests and have blood drawn to measure heart efficiency. The goal is to see if a lower resting heart rate improves their ability to exercise and overall quality of life.
