Summary
This study is testing whether a medication for heart failure and high blood pressure (sacubitril/valsartan) can help people who have both advanced lung cancer and high blood pressure live longer. Researchers will follow 200 participants to see if the drug reduces deaths and serious heart problems. The goal is to see if protecting the heart improves overall survival for these patients.
