Summary
This study aims to gather information on how well a specific ultrasound-guided procedure works for treating complex heart blockages in patients from minority groups. It will follow about 1,010 patients for up to two years after their procedure to track their health outcomes. The goal is to better understand the safety and effectiveness of this approach in these specific patient populations.
