Can a simple blood test predict your heart attack risk?
NCT ID NCT07154186
Summary
This study aims to understand if a simple blood test, called the TyG index, can help predict the severity of heart artery blockages in younger patients who have heart disease but not diabetes. Researchers will enroll 180 participants to see if this test result is linked to how many heart arteries are damaged. The goal is to gather knowledge that might help doctors better assess risk in the future.
