Summary
This study aims to understand how radiation and chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer affects heart health over time. Researchers are following 221 patients for at least two years, using heart scans, blood tests, and surveys to measure changes. The goal is to identify early signs of heart damage and learn which patients might be at higher risk.
