Summary

This large study aims to find the best blood-thinning medication strategy to keep bypass grafts open after heart surgery. It will compare three approaches: a two-drug combination (prasugrel plus low-dose aspirin) against either high-dose aspirin alone or low-dose aspirin alone. The goal is to prevent graft failures, heart attacks, and strokes while monitoring bleeding risks in over 1,700 patients with stable heart disease.
