Summary
This study aims to create a large, long-term registry of Korean patients with heart and brain vascular diseases. It will collect and analyze past and future health data from up to 800,000 people to better understand how these diseases progress and what factors affect patient outcomes. The goal is to build a detailed database that can help doctors develop more personalized prevention and treatment strategies in the future.
