Summary
This study aims to understand how a major heart attack affects communication between the heart and other organs in the body. Researchers will follow 1,000 patients who have had a severe heart attack (STEMI) to collect detailed information about their recovery over time. The goal is to identify key factors that predict better or worse heart function after the attack, which could help doctors improve future care.
