Heart attack drug trial halted early – what we know

Summary
This study looked at whether a single dose of the experimental drug BI 765845 could help people who recently had a heart attack. About 160 adults were randomly assigned to receive the drug or a placebo, and their heart health was tracked for 3 months. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
