Silent heart attack threat: new detection method tested
NCT ID NCT07252830
Summary
This study aims to find better ways to identify people at very high risk of heart attacks or strokes before they have any symptoms. Researchers will compare two approaches: using standard risk calculators versus adding special heart and neck artery scans. The goal is to see if scans help catch more people who need urgent preventive treatment.
