Summary
This study is testing a new support program for Thai adults aged 60+ who have had a heart attack and a stent procedure. The program combines in-person education, personal counseling, and follow-up support through a mobile app. Researchers want to see if this approach helps people stick to healthy habits, feel better, and avoid unplanned trips back to the hospital.
