Summary

This study is testing if a common allergy medicine, fexofenadine (like Allegra), can help people who recently had a major heart attack. It will involve 2,804 participants who will take the drug or a placebo for two years. The main goal is to see if it reduces the risk of having another heart attack, stroke, or dying from heart-related causes.
