Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week phone or video coaching program can help people who feel depressed after a heart attack. The program aims to improve mood and encourage healthier habits like better diet and exercise. Researchers will enroll 60 adults from three states to see if the coaching is practical and acceptable before a larger future trial.
