Summary
This study aimed to understand why people who have a heart attack often delay going to the hospital. Researchers surveyed 362 patients at a major hospital to identify common barriers, such as not recognizing symptoms or having trouble getting transportation. The goal is to use this information to help doctors and communities reduce these delays and improve heart attack care.
