Does test timing after heart attack skew treatment?

NCT ID NCT06388668

Summary

This study aims to find out if the timing of a cholesterol test during a hospital stay for a heart attack affects the treatment plan a patient receives. Researchers will observe about 100 patients, testing their cholesterol levels on the day they are admitted and again two days later. The goal is to see if test results change over time and if this influences how doctors manage high cholesterol after discharge.
