New heart scan could replace uncomfortable artery test
NCT ID NCT07446023
Summary
This study is testing a new technology that uses ultrasound imaging inside heart arteries to quickly measure if a narrowing is serious enough to need a stent. It aims to see if this new method is as accurate as the current standard test, which requires extra wires and medication that can cause discomfort. The study will enroll 292 adults with suspected heart artery disease at multiple hospitals in China.
