Heart artery repair: which balloon works better?

Summary

This study compares two different drug-coated balloons used to open narrowed heart arteries in medium-small vessels. Researchers want to see which balloon (Selution with sirolimus or SeQuent Please Neo with paclitaxel) keeps arteries open better one year after the procedure. About 140 adults with stable chest pain or stabilized heart conditions will be randomly assigned to receive one of the balloons and followed for 12 months.
