First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a hearing screening and counseling program during a regular primary care visit can help underserved older adults with hearing loss. About 120 participants will either get advice on affordable listening devices or be sent to a standard hearing specialist. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and connects people to help they might otherwise miss.
