Can hearing aids turn down the ringing?
NCT ID NCT07298499
Summary
This study is testing how well hearing aids, with and without a special tinnitus masker, help people with hearing loss and ringing in the ears (tinnitus). About 100 adults will wear hearing aids for six months, with the masker feature turned on halfway through. Researchers will check if the devices improve hearing and reduce the bothersome symptoms of tinnitus.
