Why your hearing aid fails in a crowd? this study aims to find out

NCT ID NCT07226167

Summary

This study aims to understand why hearing aids often don't work as well in noisy, real-world settings as they do in quiet labs. Researchers will test three different hearing aid settings on 45 experienced adult users with age-related hearing loss. Participants will listen to scenarios and rate their understanding, effort, and comfort to see which setting works best in different environments.
