Summary

This study aims to find out why hearing aids work well in quiet labs but not in noisy real-world settings. About 45 adults with hearing loss who already use hearing aids will test different sound-enhancement settings in simulated environments. They will rate how well they understand speech, how much effort it takes, and how comfortable the sound is. The goal is to improve hearing aid performance for everyday use.
