Healthy volunteers needed to track drug levels in skin and blood
NCT ID NCT07588139
First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at how two drugs—povorcitinib (taken by mouth) and ruxolitinib cream (applied to the skin)—travel through the body and skin of 24 healthy adults aged 18 to 65. Researchers use a special device to sample fluid from the skin and take blood tests to measure drug levels. The goal is to understand the drugs' behavior, not to treat any disease.
