Summary
This study is testing a program called 'Tu Salud ¡Si Cuenta!' (Your Health Matters!) to help Latino families in Houston become more active and eat healthier foods. Community health workers visit families at home to teach skills like goal-setting and provide support. The goal is to see if this approach can help prevent cancer and improve quality of life by encouraging healthier habits.
