Summary
This study looks at whether a less intensive lifestyle program works as well as a more intensive one for teens with obesity who are also taking weight-loss medications. Researchers will track changes in body mass index (BMI), quality of life, and heart health. About 1,020 teens aged 12 to 17 with a BMI at or above the 95th percentile will take part.
