Summary
This study tested a nursing care program designed to help teenagers aged 12-18 who struggle with problematic internet use. The program, based on the Care Bag Theory, aimed to improve self-regulation, family relationships, and coping skills. Ten teens participated, and the results showed promise in reducing unhealthy internet use.
