Summary

This study tests whether giving healthy food vouchers to 390 low-income people with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes can improve blood sugar control. Participants will receive vouchers to buy healthy foods, and researchers will measure changes in their blood sugar levels over time. The goal is to see if better access to nutritious food can help manage diabetes.
