Food as medicine: new study tests if groceries and coaching can boost heart health

Summary
This study looks at whether giving families healthy food, online tools, and health coaching can help them improve their heart health and build lasting habits. About 120 families with a parent who has obesity and a child aged 6 to 11 will take part. Researchers will compare different combinations of support to see what works best for families with limited access to healthy food.
