Schools test custom healthy lunch and activity plans for kids
NCT ID NCT04193410
Summary
This study observed how different childcare centres implemented a program to improve children's health through better lunches and more physical activity. Researchers watched 12 schools in the Netherlands as they created their own plans, then measured effects on children's weight, diet, and activity levels. The goal was to create guidelines to help other schools successfully start similar healthy programs.
