Summary
This study looks at whether a custom exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle program can improve muscle strength, immune health, and thinking skills in adults aged 50 to 85. Participants get a personalized plan for about 3 months and complete fitness and quality-of-life tests before and after. The goal is to see if tailored lifestyle changes can help people stay healthier as they age.
