Summary

This study tested a brief coaching program called Social Engage for Hispanic/Latino caregivers aged 40 and older who care for a family member with dementia and feel lonely or stressed. Ten participants took part in up to 8 weekly sessions over 3 months. The goal was to see if the program could reduce loneliness and improve social well-being.
