Summary
This study tests whether regular, structured conversations about health with a nurse or doctor can help people aged 67 to 84 stay healthier and live better. About 3,000 older adults in Sweden will take part, and researchers will track their quality of life, hospital visits, and health habits over six years. The goal is to see if these simple health dialogues can prevent decline and reduce the need for medical care.
