Summary
This study is testing two drugs—povorcitinib (taken by mouth) and ruxolitinib cream (applied to the skin)—in 24 healthy adults aged 18 to 65. Researchers will use a special device to measure drug levels in the skin and blood. The goal is to understand how these drugs behave in the body, not to treat any disease.
