Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week support program can help people at high risk for colorectal cancer adopt healthier habits to lower their risk. 80 participants will be randomly assigned to either receive the special program or general health information. The program includes group workshops, online tips, daily check-ins, and a 'health buddy' for motivation.
