Summary
This study tested a 12-week health program designed to help older adults living in temporary housing after a major earthquake. The program included personalized exercises, nutrition advice, and mental health support. Researchers compared 30 people who received the program to 30 who did not, measuring improvements in physical strength, balance, and overall well-being.
