Summary

This study looks at whether adding health education and coaching to Special Olympics programs helps adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities get better healthcare. About 1,040 athletes and their care partners will take part. The goal is to see if this extra support helps them reach their personal health goals and visit the doctor more regularly.
