Summary

This study tests whether virtual navigation sessions can help childhood cancer survivors better understand their health insurance, reduce worry, and lower out-of-pocket costs. About 529 adult survivors are randomly assigned to live coaching, a self-paced video version, or standard resources. The goal is to see if these tools improve insurance literacy and ease financial burden over 6 to 12 months.
