Can group support boost heart health in underserved communities?
NCT ID NCT07034352
Summary
This study is testing a community program called Health Impact 360 to see if it improves heart health, reduces stress, and increases social support for adults in marginalized neighborhoods. Over 300 participants will attend group sessions and track their activity for 16 weeks, comparing results to a delayed-start group. The goal is to promote better overall health and reduce heart disease risk through social and lifestyle support.
